Baghouse dust collector ODP-2WSXLR-S for wooden houses manufacturer NATURA DOMY

Another successful installation completed. We’re happy to share that we’ve finalized a dedusting system project for Natura Domy in Tarnowo Podgórne.

Natura Domy is a renowned manufacturer of modular and timber-frame houses, specializing in modern, energy-efficient wooden construction and comprehensive project delivery — from design to a finished home.

All the more, we are pleased that we could support their facility with a dedusting installation.

The installation includes:
• Baghouse dust collector ODP-2WSXLR-S with a total filtration capacity of 3650 m³/h
• 69 m² of filter fabric
• 50 filter bags (Ø220 x 1972 mm)
• 7.5 kW exhaust fan located in the top chamber
•  FZC rotary valve for efficient discharge of collected dust into a big bag & ATEX explosion isolation
• non-return flap valve, vent panels, and dry riser – for safety against potential explosion & fire of combustible dust

What made this project particularly interesting? The available space. Let’s just say it was… “compact.” The system had to be installed right at the edge of the plot, leaving very little room for maneuvering. But as always, we enjoy a good engineering puzzle — and this one fit perfectly (literally).
