The MDF stationary dust collectors
The MDF stationary dust collector is an economic and quick solution when a new machine needs to be connected to an independent dedusting installation.
Our MDF stationary dust collectors are highly efficient solution used in wood processing such as furniture production. With little financial outlay it is possible to obtain an efficient dedusting installation that is combined with other processing machines such as grinding machines, banding machines, panel saws or other.
Types of MDF dust collectors
We offer the following types of our MDF dust collectors:
- MDF-1 – with 2,2 kW motor and dedusting efficiency between 1500 and 3500 m3/h
- MDF-2 – with 4,0 kW motor and dedusting efficiency between 2500 and 5500 m3/h
- MDF-3 – with 7,5 kW motor and dedusting efficiency between 3500 and 8000 m3/h
Each type is equipped with filter bags made of antistatic polyester fabric which stops the dust.

MDF cleaning and application
Each dust collector is equipped with the cleaning system of the filter bags. The MDF dust collectors can be used for single machine as well as a set of machines – but in accordance to the maximal efficiency value of the dust collector.
MDF-1
Our MDF-1 stationary dust collector working in a push system (overpressure) is designed for continuous dedusting of small air volumes containing dry dust (wood processing, plastic recycling, paper dust etc). It is equipped with extraction fan of 2,3 kW, filter bags made of polyesther antistatic fabric (available in 2 versions: 2000 mm and 1500 mm). As standard, it is available with a filter bags cleaning system. This dust collector is delivered with an open filtrating chamber and therefore is designed for interior use. It can be combined with 1 or more machines but in accordance to its maximal efficiency value.

MDF-2
