Dedusting installation with EcoMax-JET 3.5 filter for wooden packaging producer

Sometimes installation gets tight — very tight. But for our team, solving such challenges is part of everyday work.

In June, we delivered a dedusting installation for PADREW Wacław Papierz, a family-run sawmill and manufacturer of wooden packaging operating since 1990. With an extensive machinery park supporting large-scale production, PADREW needed a reliable dust collection system capable of handling waste with up to 35% moisture content.

The project included:
🔹 EcoMax-JET 3.5 dust collector with compressed air cleaning system for nearly 27,000 m³/h
🔹 FD1800 cyclone for initial separation, a NON-ATEX FZC1000 rotary valve
🔹 Free-standing 55 kW exhaust fan with acoustic enclosure
🔹 Process piping with heavy-duty bends designed for abrasive waste

This project required precise engineering to fit the new installation into the existing buildings and infrastructure while maintaining optimal performance and service accessibility.

Another challenging installation completed successfully — thanks to careful design, teamwork, and experience.
