In carpentry workshops as well as in large manufacturing plants there are various tools and machines used for wood processing. Processing machines and devices are not only sources of noise but also of harmful dust. Therefore, for dust extraction central dedusting systems are installed and for noise insulation some acoustic cabins and enclosures are assembled. But what to do in case of manual grinding? How to extract dust generated at such working stands?
The solution is quite simple – grinding tables, which by efficient extraction of dusts ensure clean and safe work place.

Why extraction tables are best for grinding works?

Grinding tables are designed to extract dust evenly form the whole working surface of the table. The harmful dust, which can also slow down the working process, is removed efficiently and quickly. Grinding tables can be connected to a central dedusting system of a plant, and thanks to their modular structure they can be extended. They are also equipped with regulated height which enables to adapt them ergonomically to the needs of an employee.

Grinding tables – a warranty of safety and good housekeeping

Extraction tables are produced in standard version and with some additional equipment. The standard version of an extraction table includes thermally secured switch and safety button, with regulated height of the table legs. The additional options are: an inbulit noise silencer for the exhausted air and also on the outlet of the extraction fan, independent extractiona nf air filtration system, a shelf for tools. In order to increase the comfort of work, the tables are also equipped with electrical and compressed air connections.
